UTS is offering scholarships to Mexican citizens who have successfully applied for a postgraduate program at UTS and have qualified for financial support through the Fondo para el Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos (FIDERH). FIDERH provides loans to Mexican students to finance their postgraduate studies within and outside Mexico through the federal trust managed by the Central Bank of Mexico.
