Chisholm Institute, TAFE VIC

About the provider

Type of provider: TAFE

Chisholm is one of the largest providers of education and training in Victoria. The Institute was named in 1998, in honour of Caroline Chisholm, the early Australian reformer and humanitarian. Chisholm's modern campuses in the southeast of Melbourne are at: Dandenong (two locations), Frankston, Berwick, Cranbourne, Mornington Peninsula and Bass Coast. Chisholm offers accredited, nationally recognised courses from certificates to bachelor degrees and graduate certificates - including its own degrees and partnership degrees. It also runs short courses for work skills (industry compliance and skills development), as well as lifestyle (self-improvement, recreation and hobby). Courses are developed in consultation with industry, and are designed to meet both current and predicted skill shortages.
