Acquire the professional knowledge, skills, and attributes to become an Occupational Therapist and support people who experience challenges to live a meaningful life. The Master of Occupational Therapy will prepare you to work with people to enhance their ability to engage in the occupations (activities) they need, want, or are expected to perform and to participate in their communities. Adopting a strength-based approach, occupational therapists use a range of strategies to help those affected by disability, injury, or illness, or psychological or emotional difficulties to participate in meaningful occupations across the lifespan. You will learn how to support people to overcome barriers and to achieve their goals as a culturally safe and ethical practitioner.
