Course Details

The Monash Master of Legal Studies is designed to equip non-lawyers with the legal skills and knowledge you need to make better managerial and commercial decisions and to lead your organisation effectively. This course provides you with the legal knowledge that will give you a competitive edge in your chosen career. You can choose to focus on one of nine specialised areas to gain an understanding of the law and how it shapes commercial and public decisions in todays global environment.

Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)

Course structure: The course is structured in three parts, Part A Introductory knowledge and Part B Extending specialist knowledge, and Part C Research knowledge.
