Course Details

The Master of Information Technology (MIT) provides the knowledge, understanding and skills to solve real-world problems with cutting-edge technology. You learn to create innovative IT solutions in your chosen area, in order to work in the industry at the highest levels. As an MIT graduate, you could become a software engineer, an enterprise data architect, a mobile systems analyst, or even a chief technology officer. The MIT caters to students from a variety of backgrounds. If you do not have previous training in IT, the course includes preparatory units that will give you the IT knowledge needed for the remainder of the course. However, if you already have a degree in IT, you can accelerate your study with an exemption from these preparatory units, or perhaps study further elective units in areas of your choice.

Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)

Course structure: The course is structured in three parts: Part A. Foundations for advanced information technology studies, Part B. Core master's study, and Part C. Advanced practice.
