You will develop a deep nuanced understanding of strategic human resource management and organisational psychology, while gaining practical skills to resolve effectively workplace conflicts, manage interpersonal relationships, and address a wide range of other organisational challenges.
Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)
Course structure: The Master of Human Resource Management requires 120 units, gained through the completion of twelve courses worth 10 units each. Students are required to complete eight core courses (80 units) and four courses (40 units) from the Directed courses.
