The Master of Health Law (MHL) is a flexible, specialist qualification covering wide ranging legal and ethical issues in healthcare. You will learn to identify, analyse and develop solutions to complex legal, ethical and policy issues affecting health and health services. Our students come from a wide range of disciplinary backgrounds. They include practising lawyers, health professionals, health administrators, government officers, health advocates and others seeking a deeper understanding of legal and regulatory issues arising within the health sector.
