This degree supports you to become a clinically proficient counsellor with a strong foundation in ethical and evidence based clinical competencies. You'll explore contemporary theories and therapeutic approaches, learning to take a holistic approach to emotional, mental and relational challenges. You'll build practical skills through hands-on experiential learning, including simulated scenarios with actors representing clients. Develop cultural sensitivity to work safely and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
