Course Details
This program is designed to reflect and address present day management challenges. It is designed to educate a new class of managers who can transform the state of thinking and practice in today's technology-based organisations. The objective is to prepare individuals for the challenges of leadership and management of business and complex systems. The emphasis is on the acquisition of high level expertise and perspectives beyond the normative learning. MBA graduates will demonstrate a command of contemporary business and management literature, theory and practice. They will display high level professional skills and attitude. A distinguishing character of the MBA program is its focus on both business (general) management and leadership in an integrated manner. The dual focus enables the student to acquire a systemic view of how businesses are organised while at the same time learning how teams and functions are formed and how leadership principles can be applied to promote a positive and creative culture within technology-based enterprises and leading industries.

Course structure: 12 units: 8 core and 4 electives (72 credit points)
