Course Details

This course aims to provide opportunities for students to explore current theories and research trends in second language acquisition and to investigate classroom issues related to TESOL. Students will also acquire a range of skills and capacities to critique second language teaching methodologies while gaining insights into the interaction between culture and language as it relates to TESOL.

Course structure: To qualify for the Graduate Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) - Exit Only, a student must complete 36 units of the Master of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) with a grade of P or NGP or better in each topic..
