The Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management provides participants with sound knowledge and skills in the field of human resource management (HRM), enabling participants to develop expertise across the field of HRM and its issues, including industrial relations (IR) and other management practices. The course provides an avenue for participants to gain theoretical and practical skills in the field of HRM and IR. It is based on the master's program but requires fewer units of study. In most circumstances, participants can choose to progress to the Master of Human Resource Management on satisfactory completion of the this course. Course structure: All students must complete a total of 48 credit points made up of eight subjects, comprising four core subjects (24 credit points), three specialist subjects (18 credit points) and one elective subject (6 credit points).
