Course Details

The Graduate Certificate of Technology and Regulation is designed to advance lawyers and non-lawyers skills and knowledge of developments in the principles, practice, and scholarship of technology and regulation. You will receive a theoretical and practical grounding in technology and regulation. This course provides you with the technology and regulation knowledge that will give you a competitive edge in a career in technology and regulation. The course consists of four units or 24 credit points of study. You can choose units from a selected list of Monash Laws postgraduate electives to gain the Technology and innovation knowledge that will give you a competitive edge in your chosen career.
