The Graduate Certificate in Public Health focuses on health and the prevention of illness, disease, injury and death. This graduate certificate develops your understanding of current global and environmental health issues, health policy, systems and economics, along with social, behavioural and cultural determinants of health. There is a strong focus on the ethical practices of public health and the communication of health information to diverse audiences. The Graduate Certificate of Public Health offers experienced health professionals both a standalone qualification and a pathway to the Graduate Diploma of Public Health or the Master of Public Health.
