This course blends the core sciences in human nutrition and food science with immersive, hands-on experiences to equip you with the knowledge to contribute to global health and wellbeing. To commence your studies, youll build a strong foundation in physiology, biochemistry, and biomedical sciences, while also exploring the complexities of health and food behaviours. Moving into your second year, youll delve deeper into subjects like food chemistry, food processing and the effects of dietary nutrients on health and human development throughout different stages of life.
