Bachelor of Property (Development, Investment and Valuation)


Course Details

This program focuses on effectiveness and results. Students will be equipped with extensive theoretical knowledge and sought after practical experience gained during invaluable paid industry training, giving them the skill necessary to work in Australian and international property management. Graduates will have a thorough understanding of key concepts and theories relating to the property industry, concentrating on land and property law, investment and portfolio analysis, commercial valuation techniques, commercial real estate and strategic management.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Pass)

Course structure: The Bachelor of Property (Development, Investment and Valuation) has 28 subjects in total: 11 core business subjects; 11 specialisation subjects; 2 compulsory elective subjects; 2 elective subjects; 2 Work Integrated Learning subjects (up to 600 hours of professional placements).
