Study the Bachelor of Podiatry Practice (Honours) at CQUniversity and equip yourself with the knowledge and skills required to practice as a Podiatrist. Podiatrists are health professionals who deal with the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of medical and surgical conditions of the feet and lower limbs. Your education and training will explore a variety of health sciences topics such as human anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, rheumatology, paediatrics, wound care, podiatric therapeutics and conduct a research study. You will also develop podiatry-specific skills, enabling you to graduate work-ready. Practical learning experiences are integral to the course, and you will benefit from completing clinical placements at the newly established, purpose-built Allied Health Clinic at CQUniversity, as well as in a variety of external clinical settings, so you can put your learning into practice and gain real-life experience.
