Course Details

The Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management incorporates knowledge from a wide range of fields including biology, ecology, chemistry, and geology to understand human impacts on the environment and to develop ways to address these problems. When you study a Bachelor of Business you will establish a firm understanding of the contemporary business environment and undertake studies in a range of disciplines, from international business to tourism.A combined Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management/Bachelor of Business (BESM/BBus) degree allows students to undertake and match business skills with their interest in Environment and Sustainability, a synergy that will raise awareness of commercial and entrepreneurial opportunities in the environmental space and maximise graduate employability.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Pass)

Course structure: Students are required to complete a total of, but no more than, 320 units, comprised of the following: - 140 units of Core Courses (the core course ENVS3002 will also contribute 10 units to each of the Environmental Science and Management Majors) - 10 unit from the Mathematics course list - 10 unit from the Statistics course list - 10 unit from the Career-ready Placement course list - One 70 unit Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management major chosen from the following list: Ecosystems and Biodiversity; Marine Science and Management; Climate Science and Natural Hazards; Sustainability
