Think like a hacker. As the Internet of Things continues to grow exponentially, cybercrime is growing with it. In Australia, an average of one cybercrime report is made every ten minutes. To keep our communities safe, it's critical to understand cybercriminals' psychology, craft effective defences and stay one step ahead. In La Trobe's Bachelor of Cybersecurity/Bachelor of Psychological Science, you'll build a career at the nexus of two rapidly evolving sciences and learn how to combat the constantly evolving threat of cybercrime. Course structure: To qualify for the award of Bachelor of Cybersecurity/Bachelor of Psychological Science, students must complete 480 credit points consisting of: 240 credit points of Cybersecurity coded subjects, of which: 240 core credit-points 240 credit points of Psychology coded subjects, of which: 180 core credit-points 60 elective credit points
