The gastronomic experience is no longer just about cooking skills. Students today who aspire to become professionals in the industry, need to understand nutrition, culinary artistry and menu planning amongst other things. Our degree program prepares students to address all aspects of the kitchen and meet the challenges of an increasingly sophisticated and demanding culinary industry. In addition to subjects such as Culinary Essentials, Garde Manger and Basic Patisserie, students will also undertake subjects such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality Marketing and more.
