Course Details
The Bachelor of Contemporary Art provides students with a broad knowledge of contemporary and historical art. Students have access to stimulating, custom-built studio spaces and workshops and learn first-hand how to turn creative ideas into reality. Students explore theoretical, technical and conceptual skills, and learn from national and international artists who visit as guest lecturers.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Pass)
Course structure: 108 units; 27 foundation units; 18 units of elective courses selected from a range of contemporary art disciplines; 27 units of core contemporary art practices courses; 18 units of contemporary art theory; 18 units of studio project courses.
