Course Details

This professionally accredited course opens the door to careers in creative advertising and strategic public relations for corporate, government, not- for-profit organisations and communities. The degree is taught by practitioners and leading researchers in the field, who will help you build the skills needed to enter a dynamic and diverse global communication industry.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Pass)

Course structure: Students must complete 144 credit points consisting of 24 credit points of core subjects, a 48-credit-point major and potential 48-credit-point second major (subject to application), and 24 credit points of cross-disciplinary electives. Students who do not meet the requirements to study the second major complete 48 credit points of electives. Many assignments are practice-based and all are relevant to understanding and working in the industry. Students have the opportunity to undertake a professional internship in an organisation involved in public communication.
