When you broaden your engineering expertise with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) / Bachelor of Environmental Engineering (Honours) you’ll open up a wide range of rewarding career paths at a time when environmental solutions are in demand. Complete both degrees in five years. Civil engineers are responsible for the physical infrastructure that allows society to function. Your studies will cover the three main civil specialisations in structural, water and geotechnical engineering. Your courses will focus on preparing you to design, build and manage these structures as a qualified civil engineer. Environmental engineers combine knowledge of chemistry, geomechanics, hydrology and land surface processes. By studying courses in environmental engineering and related fields, you will learn to develop sustainable engineering practices.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Honours)

Course structure: The Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours)/Bachelor of Environmental Engineering (Honours) is a five year program, students are required to complete a total of 400 units, which are comprised of: 360 units of core courses; 20 units of design core courses; 10 units of project core courses; 0-unit compulsory Industrial Experience; and 10 units of Environmental Engineering project core courses.

It may not always be possible to complete this combined Engineering degree within 5 years. This combined Engineering degree is not available for midyear admission by International Students.
