With aquatic food resources already under pressure and declining, it is essential to develop aquaculture products in a sustainable fashion to improve aquatic food security. It is increasingly important for Environmental Scientists to understand the theories of sustainability and the effects of humans on the climate as well as to know how to plan and lead sustainable business and environmental practices.
