Course Details

The Australian Performing Arts Conservatory's (APAC) Bachelor of Screen and Stage (Acting) is a new Higher Education program developed from our very successful Advanced Diploma which has been offered for over twenty five years, and has produced a significant number of graduates demonstrating an impressive range of national and international industry achievements and awards. The skills and tools obtained at APAC equip students for film and stage work all over the world. Practice based by professional industry instructors; Units incorporate voice, speech, dialect, physical storytelling, improvisation and script analysis; APAC also offers Staged Unarmed Combat and Staged Swordplay exclusively in our curriculum; Performance skills are enhanced by critical analysis, contextual awareness, and independent research; Students work with in-house directors from the Bachelor of Screen and Stage (Screen Production), gaining a high quality show reel.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Pass)

Course structure: Students must complete 240 credit points comprising: 70 credit points of core units and 170 credit points of major units.
